The SCC's social media accounts are monitored regularly. The SCC reserves the right to remove any content on its accounts that do not conform to the following rules:

This website (excluding linked websites) is controlled by the SCC within the province of Ontario, Canada. This website can be accessed from all of the provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, by accessing this website the user agrees that all matters relating to access to, or use of, this website or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of legal principles.
